The PAI EM37560 is a QR-1 quick release valve with one 1/2in-14 supply port and two 1/4in-18 delivery ports. As heavy duty diesel truck parts, quick release valves vent downstream air directly to atmosphere when control pressure is released, allowing pneumatic brakes or other air-operated circuits to respond without routing exhaust air back through the control valve. MACK lists 745-229844 as the OEM reference; additional cross-references include GMC Truck 2428235 and Navistar 1693129C91.
