Return Policy

At Diesel Parts Center, we stand behind the quality of the parts we sell. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

  • Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Electrical components (once opened or installed)
  • Gaskets, seals, and kits
  • Special-order or custom parts
  • Clearance or closeout items
  • Installed, used, or damaged parts

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@dieselpartscenter.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Provide your order number, part number, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
  • Restocking fees are waived if the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping and fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Core Returns

  • Core charges are refundable once the core is returned in acceptable condition.
  • Core return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • Cores must be returned within the specified time frame to qualify for a refund.
