Shipping Policy

At Diesel Parts Center, we understand that getting your parts quickly is essential to getting your equipment back up and running. We strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Cutoff Times & Same-Day Shipping

We make every effort to get your parts to you fast.

  • Eligible for Same-Day Shipping: Orders received by 2:00 PM EST are eligible to be shipped the same day.

  • After Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day and are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

2. Overnight & Weekend Delivery

Please be aware of standard carrier schedules when selecting expedited shipping:

  • Friday Overnight Orders: Overnight shipments placed on a Friday (before cutoff) will be delivered on Monday.

  • Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and is not a standard service option unless specifically arranged with our team prior to shipping.

Note: If you require Saturday delivery, you must contact us directly to see if this option is available for your specific location and part.

3. Special Order Parts & Lead Times

Not all items are stocked in our main warehouse.

  • Lead Times: specific lead times for special-order parts are listed directly on each individual product page. Please check the product description for estimated availability.

  • Consolidated Shipping: If your order contains both in-stock and special-order items, your shipment may be held until all parts are ready, or split into multiple shipments at our discretion.
