The PAI EM56160 is an Excel Relay Valve R-8 with two 3/4in-14 supply ports, two 1/2in-14 delivery ports, and one 1/4in-18 service port. As heavy duty diesel truck parts, relay valves use a control signal to regulate compressed-air delivery within a vehicle's braking system, while the listed port sizes and thread specifications help match the valve to connected air lines. MACK identifies 745-286370 as the OEM reference, which is also listed as an additional cross-reference.
